Remote-Hybrid Work Model

Latana offers a remote-hybrid model which is the best of both worlds. There is access to our headquarters in Berlin where you can meet with team members to brainstorm and socialize, as well as the ability to work remotely. We strive to offer an environment with great work-life balance.

Team Events

We not only work closely together but also love spending quality time with each other outside the office. We try to be as creative as possible when it comes to planning our monthly team events. Past events have included cooking with refugees, custom pub quizzes in the office, and public speaking jams. And the cherry on top? Two company boats that allow for some great experiences along the River Spree!

Focus Day

Focus Day is a day dedicated to no meetings so we can reduce interruptions and accomplish deep work and intensive problem-solving.

Meditation Sessions

Weekly remote mindfulness meditation for the team to meet under the guidance of a coach to quiet the mind. We also host a slack channel where questions can be asked and answered asynchronously.
