Python Scripting

With the addition of Python scripting support, Toolbag can be extended and customized to fill an essential role in your pipeline. We’ve exposed nearly every aspect of Toolbag to empower you and your team to create plugins that automate common tasks. Use Python to import meshes, set up materials, batch render and more. Custom UI support enables you to create an easy to use front end for your plugins. More advanced operations like mesh generation, file format importers, and custom animation logic are possible with our Python plugin system as well.
